Sharevia provides file access and sharing services to individuals and organizations. We process only the information needed to provide, protect, and maintain those services.
Account information
When an account is provided, the service may process an account identifier, authentication data in protected form, access settings, and service-related metadata.
Files and folders
Files you upload are stored so they can be accessed and managed through your account. File names, sizes, paths, timestamps, and sharing settings may be processed as part of normal operation.
Technical records
Server logs may contain IP address, request time, requested path, response status, and browser information. These records support security, reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Request bodies and passwords are not written to the website access log.
Cookies and external tracking
Authentication may require essential session cookies. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, Google Fonts, or external content delivery networks on this informational website.
Your responsibilities
Do not upload content you are not authorized to store or share. Organizations are responsible for managing access provided to their users.
