Our approach

Security

Practical protections, described without overstatement.

Encrypted browser access

Sharevia uses HTTPS to encrypt credentials, file transfers, and service traffic between supported browsers and the server.

Individual accounts

Users authenticate with their own credentials. Separate accounts help organizations avoid sharing one common login and keep access easier to manage.

Controlled file access

Files are available through authenticated workspaces. Users decide which selected materials they share. Access should be removed when it is no longer required.

Focused infrastructure

The public website is static and uses no external scripts, analytics, advertising, or third-party CDNs. The file service is exposed through a dedicated HTTPS web interface.

Operational safeguards

Request limits, restrictive browser headers, service isolation, and activity records help reduce common web abuse and support incident investigation.

Clear limits

We do not claim end-to-end encryption or absolute security. Users should protect their devices, use unique passwords, and retain independent copies of critical data.
