Last updated: September 1, 2026

The service

Sharevia provides browser-based file storage, access, organization, and sharing for individuals and organizations. Account availability, storage allocation, and access conditions may be agreed individually.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify the service provider if you believe access has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not store, distribute, or provide access to unlawful content; malware; material that infringes another person's rights; or content you are not authorized to process. Do not probe, overload, disrupt, or bypass service protections.

Organizational accounts

Organizations are responsible for deciding who receives access, maintaining their user list, and ensuring that employees and partners use the service appropriately.

Availability and maintenance

We aim to provide dependable access, but no online service can promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work, technical failures, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

Backups and important data

Users should keep an independent copy of critical files. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the service should not be treated as the sole backup of irreplaceable information.

Changes

These terms may be revised when service conditions or functionality change.
